Had my 1st wax since the beginning of the pandemic, over a year and a half and it was definitely due. Great service! Was the least amount of pain and i was expecting it to hurt due to how long it has been. Veronica was amazingly professional, sweet and easy to talk with! She had the perfect touch. Will definitely be coming back and recommend to all!

I’m on vacation visiting my brother and his beautiful wife, whom I call my true sister, and this was our “treat” from my brother. Well, a treat it was! I had my first facial ever, given by Veronica, and what an amazing experience! If I could take her back to New York, I would!I have seasonal allergies and felt like I could breathe again! A total relaxing experience and I highly recommend!Thanks again to both my brother Dan for this experience and especially to Veronica!

I can't rave enough about this place. I literally had lower legs that looked like a forest and brows that looked like a bush after so many months without visiting them. I was lucky enough to have the new shimmery wax used on my body. WOW what an amazing experience. I left literally feeling like a new woman. Totally relaxing experience from start to finish. See you guys soon. Must book that facial as well.

I went for a simple eyebrow shaping as a first time guest at Cactus Wax. Before laying on the table I told my waxer about how my last trip to European Wax Center left me missing half an eyebrow. Well ... we laughed about that and then I left Cactus Wax with one long eyebrow and one very short eyebrow basically missing the tail end. I don’t understand how when your job is to wax people you can look at your work ... two very different length eyebrows and think you did a good job. I will NOT be back.

I recently moved out of state, and before moving I only went to Cactus for all of my waxing needs. I specifically saw Kate, she is so thorough, and always made sure I was comfortable. I am having a hard time finding another waxing studio to replace them, no one has come even close. Please support this wonderful local studio, you won’t regret it!

First off - I called to get some more information related to the right facial for my daughter and they were very patient on the phone explaining the choices to me. My daughter enjoyed my facial and treatment/services were much better than a high-priced place we went to nearby that did not even do any extractions. We'll be coming back!

I LOVE Cactus Wax Studio! Such a warm, inviting and friendly little gem.I'm disappointed to read the review complaining about her appointment getting canceled bc of an unexpected staffing issue. I really liked going here because they were really good about having a nice and inviting facility with great staff-- but I was very disheartened to have my appointment cancelled on me without any explanation or even an expeditious way to reschedule it. I'll accept that my appointment was cancelled, but not even giving an easily accessible way to reschedule my appointment is really deterring me from continuing my patronage as it's a bit of an inconvenience to me. For this business to expect a 48 hour advanced notice of cancelled or rescheduled appointments to cancel less than 48 hours in advance and not even give me the opportunity to reschedule my appointment is severely inconsiderate and quite unprofessional. I couldn't even book a new appointment whatsoever online for what I had originally scheduled. I'm extremely disappointed in this experience.

I have been seeing Sarah as my esthetician for over a year now, and she is the only person I will trust with my skin! A year ago I began struggling with painful cystic acne that really affected me psychologically. Sarah has helped me navigate the healing process and my skin is in a MUCH better state because of her guidance and expertise! She is gentle, thorough, patient, and so kind. I recommend her to anyone and everyone I can!

It was my daughters first time at a waxing studio. She is 13 1/2 and had to go in by herself due to Corona rules. Nerve racking for her. The staff member made her feel very comfortable and she said she had a very good first experience. Thank you so much.👍😘

Felt very comfortable with all the precautions they are taking with COVID. Services were EXCELLENT as well, but the most important thing to me right now is that service providers are going the extra mile to keep themselves and their customers safe. They absolutely are!

Even though my regular massage place is open again, I opted instead for a reflexology session at Cactus Wax Studio. I was very comfortable with their anti-viral protocol. Masks worn by everyone, gloves worn by staff, one person in the wait area at a time, necessary paperwork done at home, sanitizer everywhere. The session was verrry relaxing and I felt totally refreshed. I had never had reflexology and everyone there was so very helpful, answering all my questions and being so attentive. It felt great getting some special pampering!

Just had 2 amazing treatments by Kim at Cactus wax. Teeth whitening was so much better than i expected, so white and natural, and super easy. Also had a custom facial. Treatment was just perfect for my skin and it is now glowing. Highly recommend - will be back :)

First visit at Cactus Wax. I had some waxing and dermaplaning. Was very pleased with the my experience there. Staff was very friendly and Kim was very sweet and professional. The gel wax was better for my skin then most waxes I’ve tried. My skin felt wonderful after my treatment. I will definitely be going back. Thank you ladies!

A facial at Cactus Wax should be experienced by everyone! From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered. Care was taken to ensure I was comfortable throughout my facial. The atmosphere was relaxing. My esthetician was Marisa. She is extremely knowledgeable about skin needs and her services were amazing. Cactus Wax has my highest recommendation. You will leave with glowing, happy skin and more relaxed than you can imagine.

I love everything about this place. I’ve been going regularly for nearly a year. Their online booking makes it easy to choose what you want done and know exactly how much each service costs - no surprises. Staff is friendly, professional, and so clean. I always worry about my skin acting up with my eczema and being really sensitive, but I had no problems at all. I got a facial done and use some of their products in my skin care routine and my skin has NEVER looked better, which is why I’m writing this review right now. Thank you Wendy, for making me feel taken care of and in good hands. My skin looks great because of you and your wonderful team!

Excellent service, friendly knowledgeable staff, and they really do care about there clients satisfaction. The building/rooms are supper clean. They also do so many different services ( that are reasonably priced) which is wonderful because you will most likely find what your looking for.

Amazing service, willing to customize facials for your preferences, which is hard to find! They already have great facials, but I like to get the derma planning plus other treatments. I feel welcome and pampered from the moment I walk in the door! I no longer go to the overpriced hotel spas who don’t come close this experience.

You already have a ton of wonderful reviews because your studio really is great! But I am happy to add to your praises! All the staff that I met were wonderful. Wendy (whom I didn’t even know was the owner at the time) is such a pleasant person and has created a very nice atmosphere, with wonderful people working with her! I was frustrated with other waxing studios because I never really felt like a person with them. Just someone to run through as quickly as possible. Not to mention, that they were priced too high. I loved that I could go online to schedule, and that the system actually worked, even for a first time client. Thank you so much Wendy and Marisa! I know I don’t wax very often, but I will definitely be back! :-D

This was my first visit. The studio is very clean, much nicer than other chains I have visited. The wax used was amazing and virtually pain free. Kim my therapist was lovely as was Wendy on reception. I will certainly visit again.

I don’t write reviews very often- unless my experience was either really good (or bad). So consider that info when I tell you that my visit to Cactus Wax Studio was fantastic. Everything from their website to in-store experience was as it should be...clear, clean, professional and top-notch. I scheduled my Appointment online (easy), I arrived for my leg wax and was greeted by a very friendly and polite woman behind the desk. I didn’t have to wait at all before I was shown to the wax room and my treatment began. The woman (Marissa) who did my wax was friendly and not overly chatty, which I appreciate. The waxing was done with a gel hard wax (no cloth strips- love!), and she did a great job. I will definitely be coming back as the warmer temps return this spring/summer. Hope you’ll be around for a long time.

Originally Booked an appointment for my husband to get his back waxed. Kim did a wonderful job and my husband can actually feel his shirt on his back. He will definitely be back again. He told me all the things cactus Wax studio offers. I booked In a Eyebrow Tint and Wax. Kim did a great job with that. She definitely had some work to do with my brows! Next time I will be back for a facial!

Found this places right by Target! I didn’t have an appointment. I really just wanted to pop in to see what services they do here. Wendy was so kind and helpful. I had a lot of questions about getting waxed down there... and she help me figure out what I wanted. All my friends tell me getting a Brazilian is life changing so I just went for it! They had some availability So Wendy squeeze me in. They had water and chocolate waiting for me! I had Marrissa as my waxing lady. She made me feel super comfortable. I told her this was my first time getting anything like this done. She walked me through the process and had me take deep breaths. She did a wonderful job and I will definitely be back!

Lash Tinting, Brow Tinting and a facial! I went to Cactus wax studio to get both tinting services done. I had an easy time booking my apartment online. Marisa did a wonderful job tinting. I think she mixed some tints together for my lashes and they looked amazing. She went light for my brows and told me if I wanted to go darker that it wouldn’t be a problem. I really appreciate her taking the time to remove all the tint. I had no idea they did Facials here! They had a last minute cancellation and I got to book a facial for the same day! It was so wonderful and relaxing. They use MyChelle products! I’m happy superior has a great place like this added. I will be coming back for sure

From the moment I set foot into Cactus Wax I was welcomed and treated beautifully. The person (Wendy) who greeted me was friendly and lovely to talk to. Marissa, who did my eyes and eyebrows did a brilliant job. My eyes look better than they have for a long time. I would highly recommend Cactus Wax and look forward to going again.

My experience at Cactus Wax Studio was truly fabulous. Meg was professional yet friendly, and was as gentle as one can be doing a waxing. My newly waxed legs feel wonderful, and they even have a super suave homemade body scrub that I used the next day and absolutely loved. I would highly recommend Cactus Wax Studio to all my friends.

Best waxing!! Cactus Wax Studio is terrific. I went in for lip and chin (which I hadn't done for a long time b/c there's nothing close) .. poor Meg had a huge task on her hands! She did an *awesome* job, and I can report no redness or bumps or anything, even today. They use a gel wax, which performed really well and didn't get overly hot, more warm and creamy.Also, the studio space is a lovely environment and the natural light ensures they're not going to miss one single tiny hair!

Had a great experience here! Marisa B got the job done and was very friendly, personable. I would recommend her to anyone who is nervous to get waxed or who is just looking for a comfortable experience. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
